The Acres Home Chamber Farmers Market is a monthly event dedicated to addressing food insecurity in our community, which is located in a recognized food desert. Featuring a diverse lineup of vendors, including home gardeners, local farmers, and artisans from across Houston, the market offers fresh produce, handmade goods, and more. While our website is currently under construction, we’re keeping you informed with new flyers uploaded regularly to the page, ensuring you have the latest details and upcoming market dates. Join us as we cultivate a healthier, more connected community!
Shop farm-fresh fruits and vegetables, organic herbs, artisan breads, vegan eats, and handcrafted goods from Houston’s best local growers and makers. Our market helps support small businesses and increase food access in one of Houston’s historic communities.
More than a market—it’s a movement. The Acres Home Chamber for Business and Economic Development created this market to fight food insecurity, build local wealth, and give families access to healthy, affordable food options. Come experience live entertainment, chef cooking demos, youth entrepreneurship booths, and community resources that make every market day feel like a block party with purpose.
